I Won a Trip — What Happens Next?
Congratulations on winning a LuxGive experience! Here’s what to expect:
- The nonprofit closes out the event. After the fundraising event ends, the nonprofit organization is responsible for submitting your name and contact information to LuxGive. This can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks after the event.
- You receive a Welcome Email. Once we receive your details, LuxGive sends you a Welcome Email containing your Winner’s Certificate and a unique redemption code. This email comes from a @luxgive.com address. Be sure to check your spam folders.
- A Guest Services specialist is assigned to you. Complete your redemption form and a Guest Services Specialist will reach out to help book your experience.
- **You book and travel. **Work with your specialist to choose dates and finalize your trip details. Refer to your winner’s certificate for your booking and travel periods.

- Check your spam/junk folder for emails from @luxgive.com.
- If it’s been more than 30 days since your event, reach out to us via live chat on our website or call +1 (888) 589-4483. Have your full name, the name of the event/organization, and your email address ready.
