What’s Included in My Trip?
Each LuxGive experience includes different amenities depending on the specific package. In general, most experiences include:
- Accommodation for the number of nights specified on your winner’s certificate.
- **Premium Guest Services **— a dedicated concierge team to help with trip planning, local recommendations, and coordination.
What is typically NOT included (unless specifically stated in your package):
- Flights and airfare
- Meals (unless the package is described as “all-inclusive”)
- Local transportation
- Excursion and activity fees
- Travel insurance
Frequently asked questions:
- “Are meals included?” Only if the package explicitly states “all-inclusive.” For property stays, you typically have access to a full kitchen. You can confirm this with your Reservation Specialist at the time of booking. Some properties offer optional cook services or grocery stocking at an additional cost.
- “Is airfare included?” No. Airfare is not included in any LuxGive experience. You are responsible for arranging your own travel.
- “What about excursions?” Unless specified as an inclusion on the winner’s certificate for your experience, these are generally available as add-ons and can be arranged through your Guest Services specialist at an additional cost.
