I Haven’t Heard from Anyone About My Trip — What Should I Do?
If you’ve won a trip and haven’t been contacted by LuxGive, here are the most common reasons and what to do:
- **If the event was recent (within the past few weeks): **The nonprofit organization may not have closed out the event and submitted winner details to us yet. This is the most common reason for delays. We can only begin the process once we receive your information from the nonprofit.
- I**f it’s been more than 30 days since your event: **Contact us directly. Provide your full name, the name of the organization/charity event, and the approximate event date. We’ll check whether your details have been submitted and follow up accordingly.
- **If you received a Welcome Email already: **Complete the Redemption Form at luxgive.com/redemption-form to indicate that you’re ready to book.
