What Happens After My Event? (Event Closeout)
Once your fundraising event is over, here’s what to do:
- **Report your results to LuxGive. **Open your LuxGive portal to enter the winner's details.
- **Provide winner details. **For each sold experience, submit the winner’s full name, email address, and phone number. This is how we connect with them to begin trip planning.
- **Receive your invoice. **Your invoice can be downloaded immediately after entering winner details. This will reflect the nonprofit price of each sold experience. Payment is due within 21 days.
- Winners are activated after payment. Once your payment is processed, each winner receives a Welcome Email with their Winner’s Certificate and redemption instructions.
⏰ Timing matters: The sooner you submit winner's details, the sooner your donors can start planning their trips. Delays in submitting this information are the most common reason winners report not hearing from LuxGive.
