What Are the Contract and Agreement Terms?

Before your event, LuxGive provides an Auction Agreement to confirm the experiences you’ve selected. 

Here’s what to know:

• **The agreement locks in your selected experiences **for your event date. It confirms which packages you’ll be offering to your donors.
• **There is no financial obligation if an experience doesn’t sell. **The agreement is not a purchase commitment — it simply reserves the experiences for your event.
• You can request a sample agreement before committing. Contact your Fundraising Consultant or reach out via live chat and we can share an example for your review.
• Favoriting experiences on the portal is not a commitment. Clicking the Heart icon signals interest to your consultant but does not constitute an agreement.
