How Do I Reset My Password or Fix Login Issues?

If you’re having trouble logging in to the LuxGive portal, here are your options:

  • Forgot your password? Visit luxgive.com/forgot-password to reset your password. You’ll receive a reset link at the email address associated with your account.
  • Invitation email not received? Check your spam or junk folder — the email may have been filtered. The subject line will reference “Welcome to the LuxGive Family.”
  • **Need to change the email on your account? **Reach out to your Fundraising Consultant or contact us via live chat and we can update the email on file.
  • **Previous administrator left your organization? **Contact us via chat. We’ll verify your identity and send a new portal invitation to the appropriate person.
