# Tax Deductions and Donation Letters

**For nonprofits:**
* LuxGive can provide you with the **fair market value (FMV)** of each experience. You can use this to issue donation letters to your winning bidders.
* The donation letter is issued by your organization, not by LuxGive. We provide the FMV data; your team handles the donor communication.
* We recommend consulting your accountant on specifics, as tax obligations vary by location and organization type.

**For trip winners:**
* If a winner needs documentation for tax purposes, direct them to contact your organization. You are responsible for issuing any donation receipts or tax letters.
* LuxGive does not issue tax documentation directly to trip winners.
