# Is There a Deadline to Book, Travel, or Use My Trip?

There is a Booking Deadline and a Travel Deadline during which you may use your trip. To find those deadlines: 
* **Check your Winner’s Certificate:** In line with the terms and conditions on your Winner’s Certificate, which has been linked in your Welcome Email, your experience includes a booking window and a travel window. 
  * It’s important to check the exact terms on your Winner’s Certificate, because though this is usually a **12-month booking window and 24-month travel window from your event date, it can vary by experience.** 
  * Your experience must be booked by that Booking Expiration Date, and you have until the Travel Expiration Date to travel.
* **Contact your Nonprofit Organization:** Your event contact will be able to assist with the booking and travel deadlines for the experience you won.
